this one requires some clarification
in my game I added in a magic evade(m evd) stat since magic tends to come as techs in this system and techs don't generally allow for miss chance without taking innacurate. but we've all seen relm and strago luckily evade things like fire 3 and quake.
The base magic evade stat is 3% adding 1 % for every 40 combined points of spr and mag meaning if both stats are at 250 you have a maximum base of 15 so the artifact level of this piece of equipment would improve that by 15%
